Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation of your order prior to production or dispatch. For customized bulk orders, cancellation is only possible before the manufacturing process has begun. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Advance Payments

In cases where a 30% advance payment has been made:

• If the cancellation is approved before production starts, a full refund of the advance will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• If the materials have already been custom manufactured for you, the advance payment will be forfeited to cover material and labor costs.

3. Refunds for Defective Materials

We take immense pride in the quality of our cement blocks and pavers. However, if you receive damaged or defective goods:

• Please notify our delivery personnel immediately upon arrival and document the damage with photographs.
• Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the defective units or provide a prorated refund for the damaged items.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
