Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver our products primarily within Rajasthan and neighboring areas. Deliveries are fulfilled using heavy transport vehicles due to the nature and weight of the materials. Site accessibility is the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the distance from our manufacturing plant in Laxmangarh to your delivery site. These charges are discussed and agreed upon during the final quotation process. The final price provided to you will clearly indicate if shipping is included or billed separately.

3. Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed and scheduled for delivery only after the required advance payment (typically 30%) has been successfully received.

• In-stock standard items: Usually dispatched within 2-4 business days.
• Custom or bulk manufacturing: Depending on the quantity, manufacturing and dispatch may take 7-14 business days. A specific timeline will be provided with your quote.

4. Unloading Responsibilities

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, the customer is responsible for arranging labor or machinery for unloading the materials at the delivery site. Please ensure that the delivery location has adequate space for a large truck to maneuver and unload safely.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or transport breakdowns. We will proactively communicate any expected delays.
